Sweet, a little smoky, a little spicy and perfect for leftover chicken!
We used leftovers from Brewhead Beer Can Chicken and Brewhead Pulled Chicken, but use whatever you've got or cook up some chicken fresh.

- Cook Time: 1-2 hours (about 20 min per pound)

Ingredients:
2 cups packed shredded chicken (white meat, dark meat or a combo)
1 cup mayo
½ cup diced pickled jalapenos
½ cup diced celery
½ cup thinly sliced scallions
3 tbps Brewhead Craft Seasonings Sweet & Smoky Beer-BQ Rub
Instructions:
- Pull chicken by hand or with 2 forks (braise cooked chicken for 15-20 minutes before for super-easy pulling like in our Brewhead Pulled Chicken recipe
- Mix chicken with mayo and Sweet & Smoky Beer-BQ Rub (I prefer to do so with an electric hand mixer to get it extra creamy)
- Once fully mixed incorporate veggies by hand
- Chill and serve as is, on a sandwich or on a salad
