Brewhead Brew Slaw

A super-easy, sweet and tangy twist on a classic favorite BBQ side dish. Everyone will be begging for the recipe, but it'll be our little secret.

Try this side dish with Brewhead Pulled Chicken and Carolina Beer-BQ Sauce (also pictured).

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

  • Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
1 14-oz bag of pre-shredded slaw veggies (any variety)
½ cup mayo
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Brewhead Craft Seasonings All-Purpose Rub

Instructions:
  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients
  2. Toss shredded veggies with dressing until evenly covered
  3. Cover and allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  4. Amaze everyone at the BBQ!
