Brewhead Citrus Mustard Broiled Salmon

It's quick, it's easy and it's damn tasty!

  • Prep Time:  5 minutes
  • Cook Time:  7-10 minutes (depending on thickness and preferred doneness)

Ingredients:

1 lb salmon filet

1 tbsp butter

2 tsp minced garlic (about 2 cloves)

1 tbsp minced shallot

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Juice of half a lemon

Juice of half a lime

Remaining halves of fruit sliced into wheels

2 tsp  Brewhead Craft Seasonings All-Purpose Rub (plus a pinch for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a small sauce pan
  2. Add all other ingredients to pan and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently then remove from heat
  3. Preheat broiler to high heat with oven rack 8-10" from element
  4. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray
  5. Pat salmon filet dry with paper towels then place skin side down on baking sheet
  6. Pour sauce over the top of salmon filet and top with lemon & lime wheels
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of AP rub over fruit
  8. Broil for 7-10 minutes or until opaque and desired doneness is reached
