It's quick, it's easy and it's damn tasty!
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 7-10 minutes (depending on thickness and preferred doneness)
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon filet
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
1 tbsp minced shallot
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Juice of half a lemon
Juice of half a lime
Remaining halves of fruit sliced into wheels
2 tsp Brewhead Craft Seasonings All-Purpose Rub (plus a pinch for garnish)
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a small sauce pan
- Add all other ingredients to pan and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently then remove from heat
- Preheat broiler to high heat with oven rack 8-10" from element
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray
- Pat salmon filet dry with paper towels then place skin side down on baking sheet
- Pour sauce over the top of salmon filet and top with lemon & lime wheels
- Sprinkle a pinch of AP rub over fruit
- Broil for 7-10 minutes or until opaque and desired doneness is reached
