1 (15 oz) can chickpeas
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp fresh garlic (minced)
1/4 cup tihini
2 tbsp sesame oil (sub olive or vegetable oil if you don't have sesame)
2 Cherry peppers
1 tbsp Brewhead Craft Seasonings All-Purpose Rub (plus a dash for garnish)
Instructions:
- Rough chop cherry peppers
- Whip lemon juice, cherry peppers and tahini in food processor until creamy, scraping sides as needed
- Add sesame oil, garlic and AP rub and blend
- Slowly add drained and rinsed chickpeas and process until smooth
- Add water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached
- Plate and add whole or slice of cherry pepper and a sprinkle of Brewhead Craft Seasonings All-Purpose Rub for garnish
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week in airtight container if not serving immediately.
