Easy, super-flavorful & delicious game day snack or yummy dinner!

- Yield: 4 cakes
Ingredients:
1 can pink salmon (5-oz)
1 can white crab meat (4.25-oz)
1 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp chopped celery
1/3 cup smashed/crumbled butter crackers (Ritz or similar)
1/3 cup smashed/crumbled French-fried dried onions (French's or similar)
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 scallions thinly sliced (greens only, half reserved for garnish)
2 tsp Brewhead Craft Seasonings All-Purpose Rub
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Fold all ingredients together in a mixing bowl reserving half of the scallions for garnish
- Form into 4 equal patties and allow to set for at least 1 hour in refrigerator
- Bake on lightly oiled baking sheet for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Garnish tops with reserved scallions
